Redmine 0.9 final release

Redmine 0.9.1 (=> redmine 0.9 final) has been released and is ready to download.

In order to keep my other postings about Redmine up to date, I tell you, that the final Redmine 0.9 version is ready. This is the final changelog.
The new Redmine version can be downloaded at Rubyforge.
